Meditation:
Sit on the left heel in Virasana (Warrior Saint pose). Right knee up and hands in prayer pose on the knees. Eyes focused at the tip of the nose 1/10th open staring at the top of the ␣ngers. If this is a challenging pose for you, sit in easy pose, crossed legged with the hands at the heart in prayer pose, you can also place the hands ␣at on the heart center or on the knees in Gyan Mudra. Chant the mantra for 11 or 22 mins. Traditionally this is chanted as part of the Aquarian Sadhana in the morning between 4-6 am for 22mins.
